Minutes for the EC Meeting
June 29th, 2006,
Paul Tull’s home, Bryant, AR:

An executive committee mtg was held on June 29th.

Members present were Paul Tull, Frank Butler, Tim Simpson, Melinda Simpson, and Mark Clark.

Minutes for the Executive Committee meeting, June 29th, 2006:

1. Paul Tull presided over the discussion of the meeting agenda. The agenda included; membership, officers and bylaws, social meetings, quarterly business meetings, leadership handbook, regional events, signature event, community events, club shirts/banners, and miscellaneous items.

2. Specifics voted on and approved by the executive committee were:
     All club dues are due in January, excluding members who joined in the 4th quarter.         The club will hold officer elections every April.
     The third Thursday of the month will continue to be the main PHlocking.
     A secondary Phlocking week was discussed and will be considered.

3. Additional discussions were held on the following topics:
     Attendance at regional PH events was discussed and the decision was made to
          attend more of these events.
     Initial discussion was presented on a Signature Event for the LRPHC.
     Melinda Simpson will provide some initial details at the next meeting.
     Discussion was presented on club T-shirts and Executive Committee shirts.
     Miscellaneous items were discussed.

There was no more business to be discussed and the executive committee meeting was adjourned.
