Minutes for the EC Meeting - PHlocking,
June 15th, 2006,
Tia’s TexMex Restaurant,
Little Rock, AR:




A executive committee mtg was held on June 15th prior to the monthly mtg and it was unamoiusly passed by the executive board that Mark Clark would immediately fill the vacated KOP post held by Jim Cater due to a move out of state.  Treasurer Tim Simpson, absent due to a family member’s illness, voted earlier in favor of Mark.

Minutes for the PHlocking, June 15th, 2006:

1. Mark Clark introduced to PHlock as new Keeper of the PHlock.

2. New members initiated : Ken & Kathy Robbins; and Tom & Melanie were oPHicially initiated after joining earlier.

3. Committee appointed by the president to finalize a club shirt and club banner.  Volunteers were requested, Paul Griffith was sole volunteer.  Treasurer Tim Simpson, absent due to a family member’s illness, will be asked to participate on committee as he has expressed ideas for the banner in the past and for financial advisement.

4. A report for the Hot Springs Day Dreamin’ was given: $3,750 was raised for the Humane Society of Garland County.

5. Frank Butler asked for volunteers to assist at the upcoming event sponsered by The Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation. Several said they were interested.

There was no more business to be discussed and the evening’s socializing began.
